NxTV Signs Exclusive Deal in Japan


LOS ANGELES, April 28, 2004 - NxTV, the leading provider of digital IP-based entertainment solutions to the luxury hotel market recently announced an exclusive licensing deal under which NxTV, NTT East, and Commuture Corp. will jointly provide the next generation of digital in-room hotel entertainment throughout Japan.

The first hotel to install the NxTV technology from this agreement is the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi. The Four Seasons Marunouchi has 57 exclusive guest rooms with 9 suites, all among the largest in Tokyo. Each room has a 42" Plasma TV with NxTV digital services being delivered to the guest over an IP network.

The Hotel represents NxTV's first installation in Asia-Pacific and follows recent expansion to Central America and the Bahamas.
