Craig Turner, Vice President, Installation Services
Craig Turner is an 11-year veteran of the hotel industry, the past eight of which have been spent on the technology side of hotel operations. From 1997-2004 he was employed by Four Seasons Hotels; he began his relationship with NxTV on the company's fourth installation, as the internal project manager at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles, in 2001. Upon leaving Four Seasons, he joined NxTV's Installations Services division as its director in October 2004.
As Vice President, Installation Services, Craig's involvement in a project begins during the sales cycle, when he is asked to identify high-level benefits and risks on each opportunity. On high-profile projects, he will make multiple site visits before and during the survey process. His involvement continues through the installation, go-live, and final handoff to NxTV's service arm. Since joining the company, Craig has overseen the planning and installation of more than 25,000 rooms in luxury properties around the world. Key clients include MGM Mirage, Four Seasons Hotels, Kerzner/Atlantis, St. Regis Hotels and Hard Rock Hotels.
Craig is a graduate of CSU Fullerton, and attended the School of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona.
